- Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
- Telehealth Services: Pharmily Care provides virtual consultations through licensed healthcare professionals. These services are not meant to replace traditional in-person consultations. By using the service, you acknowledge the limitations of telehealth.
- Consent to Telehealth: By using Pharmily Care, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth. This includes consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and other health-related information. You understand the risks associated with telehealth, such as the possibility of incomplete diagnosis due to the lack of physical examination.
- User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for consultations. Pharmily Care will not be responsible for any misinformation provided by the user that leads to improper diagnosis or treatment.
- Payment and Fees: All payments for telehealth services are to be made before the consultation. Pharmily Care reserves the right to change fees at any time. No refunds will be issued once a consultation has been completed.
- Privacy and Data Protection: Your personal health information is protected under applicable data protection and privacy laws. Pharmily Care will collect, use, and store your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
- Prescription Policy: Pharmily Care professionals may prescribe medication based on consultations. However, all prescriptions are subject to the healthcare provider's discretion and applicable laws. Pharmily Care does not guarantee that a prescription will be provided.
- Limitation of Liability: Pharmily Care is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user or any technical issues experienced during the consultation. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Pharmily Care makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided during consultations.
- Termination: Pharmily Care reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan Courts.
